Thrilling four-way fight goes down to the wire at Red Star
Red Star Raceway, South Africa — The 2025 South African National ROK Karting Championship in the Mini ROK U/10 class delivered one of the most dramatic finishes of the year, with Noah Cronje emerging as champion. Cronje closed out the season on 410 points, sealing the title with a composed drive at the National Final to cap off a consistent and determined campaign.
Just behind, the battle for the runner-up spots could hardly have been closer. Logan Roerhig finished second overall with 393 points, narrowly edging out Riley van Staden on 390. Radhi Harris was only a further four points back on 386, making it a remarkable four-way fight for the championship right up until the last round.
Alanzo Dias wrapped up his season in fifth on 370 points, followed by Lwashu Mathebula in sixth with 361, and Ronald Venter in seventh with 310. Further down the standings, strong performances came from Egor Grishin (279) and Hunter North (171), who both made their presence felt through the year.
The Mini ROK U/10 championship showcased the next generation of karting talent in South Africa, with tight margins, multiple race winners, and fierce competition throughout the season. The depth of skill on display ensures the future of the sport remains bright.
